The History behind Mexican Cooking The Conquistadores on their arrival to the Aztec capital, Tenochtitlan (current Mexico City) located that the weight loss program of people comprised in particular of dishes made with corns, chilies and herbs, in large part with tomatoes, beans or nopales.
